Marshal Commander

The Marshal Commander (MCdr) is the highest rank in the 104th Fleet, and is typically held by the Fleet Commander. The MCdr is responsible for overseeing all operations of the fleet, including strategic planning, resource management, and coordination with other branches of the military.
